This versatile bolt can be use≥≤d for mining roof/ri¥α 'b support or in civil cons∏π★truction for tunneling and slop∞"∏εe stabilization projec≈"✘ts. LT Continuous Th♥ ✘§read Bolts work much like tension reba>'r bolts, but with the added benefit★↓♠≤ of being threaded tγ¶he entire length of th→¶ε©e bar, thus allowing f₽Ωor more versatility §₹∏if ground conditions or roof contr••ol plans change down the road. Tyδσσpical installation re₩↓ quires simple common δ★→•equipment for installation.
Installation Procedureε"s:
1. Drill hole at proper ±ε¥diameter and depth
2. Make hole depth 1∑≈" longer than the bolt
3. Insert appropriate resiλ©n cartridge
4. Insert CTB and bearing plate to✘$♥ within 1/16" to 1/1≤ ↔9" of the roof line
5. Rotate CTB bolt to ensure complete m™✔ixing of resin
6. Stop rotation, hold®→✔ bolt in place for speשcified resin set time
7. Torque CTB bolt to pδσ★re-determined torque value in a♦¥•ccordance with approved ro±✘of/ground control plan
