PRODUCT MODEL

2. Anchor bolt cage modle show↕∞≥§

one anchor bolt cage is often±>&  consist of anchor bolts, upp☆♥™§er ring, lower ring,σ♦ splice plates, nuts, was£ π↕hers, PVC sleeves, protective c$&αaps, heat-shrink tubes, supp$¶ort stand bolt assemblies, e®↓★tc. (See Figure 1). A₽β★ccording to different drawings an →≥d technical requirements, there wil®αl be different quantitiesε♠♦, dimensions, properties, payment t★γerms, shipment, etc."→← In some cases, the upper ring, (whi∞✘↔☆ch is also called alignment ring) will≤↓$§ be removed after the✘ε  lower ring (which is also ca₹>lled embedment ring) and ancho↔™✔r bolts were installed and grou↓₩ted. Then the tower bot<<₹✘tom T Flange will be fastened with thos≤ δ₽e anchor bolts. Altho↑φugh the install methods are differ<♣δ<ent between full cage or no upper ∑‍ring cage, but the prεπ€πoducts are the same.

3.1 Foundation ancho&λ₹♥r bolt material

We mostly choose steel grade 42C×≈<rMoA, EN 10083-3-2006 42C↑®rMo4ASTM A193/A193M

3.2 Properties

Our anchor bolt products have super♠∞€ high yield strength(up to 1100 MPa★ '←) and tensile strength(up tp 1220 MPa).™✔ Regarding impact energ∑&y, our grade 8.8 anchor bolt ™₽α everages 60J , grade 10.9 everages 35J> € which means our products perf<•ormance much higher than st ♣andard requirements.

4. Ring

Upper ring (alignment ∏¶&ring) and lower ring(embedmδ♦ent ring) are split in to sector s©♥egments. They will be con÷♣πλnected by a splice plate and fastened ™→<‌by bolt assemblies. Please see Figure 3≥¥δ  and Figure 4.

5. Nut and washer

According to customers' λ &&different requirements, there a>±≤₽re some different types →Ωαof nuts in this system. But ' washers are only placed at ε♣‍bottom of lower ring, and upper of T-Fl₽ ¥♠ange (see Figure 5), in order♦≥×> to fasten the bolt and ring. In figur↓<€δe 5, nut and washers are dacrome←™↓t coated. HDG also p ≥rovided.

6. Nylon Nut

Nylon nut (see figure 6)w&π×σill be placed at the ★≠≈lower of upper ring(a↔×™lignment ring). The main purpos©φe of nylon nut is to l↔✔®evel upper ring. (see figur®₽e 7)

7. Corrosion protection

We wrap anchor bolt witΩ∑≈↔h corrosion protectiv®→∑e oil/ grease + fabric, then covε₽<er them by black PVC sleeve. Threaded≥✔↔> portion is not includ"↓♥¶ed.

8. Heat shrink black tube

The main purpose is to protect exposed✘​ β nut, washer and partial thre¶'•ads.

8. Support stand bolt assemblies

These assemblies will be welded wit♦Ω♠h embedded steels to support ∞®§stand of the lower ring(embedment r≈Ωing), and at the same time, level ₩×‌→the lower ring. One assembly inc≤ $ludes one washer and two nut₹πs.
