2. Anchor bolt cage model show

one anchor bolt cage is often consist o≠✘f anchor bolts, upper ring, lower ring, splice ↓≈plates, nuts, washers, PVC slα←eeves, protective caps, heat-shrink ​₩>tubes, support stand '§≈bolt assemblies, etc. (See Figur₩∞e 1). According to different draw±₹≈ings and technical requirements,♦$ there will be diffe​₽δrent quantities, dimenε​sions, properties, paβ¶yment terms, shipment, etc. I≥•n some cases, the upper ring♦★≠ , (which is also called al♣¶'↕ignment ring) will be re←≤♠₹moved after the lower ring (whi'$ch is also called em ₹•bedment ring) and anchor bolts were installed and φ$  grouted. Then the tower bo₽≤ ♠ttom T Flange will be fastened w♠<©"ith those anchor bolts. Although th'↓e install methods are differe©σnt between full cage or no uppe®"©♣r ring cage, but the product✔φs are the same.

3.1 Foundation anchor®€' bolt material

We mostly choose steel grade 42CrMoA, EN 10083-3-200£ ™6 42CrMo4ASTM A193/A193M

3.2 Properties

Table. 1 Mechanical properties

Our anchor bolt products ₹≈have super high yield strength(up to 1÷®100 MPa) and tensile ✘απ&strength(up tp 1220 MPa). Regarding ☆ ₩impact energy, our gr&→¥εade 8.8 anchor bolt everages 60J , g☆↕rade 10.9 everages 35J £" which means our products performance♥δ much higher than standar‌¥↑✔d requirements.

3.3 Production procedur™ ≠≈es

4. Ring

Upper ring (alignment ring) and lowe↔ ↑÷r ring(embedment ring) are split •→λ♠in to sector segmentγγs. They will be connected by a splice ∑<σ plate and fastened b>$®✘y bolt assemblies. Please see Figure ✘δ£3 and Figure 4.

5. Nut and washer

According to customers’ diffe♠♣¶rent requirements, there aεσ↔re some different types of nuts in∑★ this system. But washers are only plΩα¥δaced at bottom of lo↔≤wer ring, and upper of T-Flange (see Fi•$♣gure 5), in order to fasten the bolt  ∑and ring. In figure 5, nut and was↕®hers are dacromet coated. HDG also pro&×vided.

6. Nylon Nut

Nylon nut (see figure 6)will be placed✘  at the lower of upper ¥±→←ring(alignment ring). The main purpose&→§ of nylon nut is to ♣←≥÷level upper ring. (see figure 7)

7. Corrosion protection

We wrap anchor bolt with corrosion λδ protective oil/ grease + fabric,±α↕$ then cover them by black PVC sleeve.®β Threaded portion is not included.

8. Heat shrink black tube

The main purpose is to prote₽₽φ‍ct exposed nut, washer a'↓nd partial threads.

8. Support stand bolt §σ ™assemblies

These assemblies will be welded wit ←®‍h embedded steels to supp$β✔±ort stand of the lower ring(embedment ≈ ring), and at the same time, level t∞≤≤he lower ring. One a‍δ<ssembly includes one washer aΩ&nd two nuts.
