What is Heat-treatment in steel induσ£stries?
Heat-treatment is the &process of heating and colling metals✘★ , using specific predetermined € methods to obtain desired propertΩ↓♦ies.
Common heat-treatmen∑₩t methods:
Normalizing: Heating steel or ¶♣α∞steel parts to an appropriate tempe• rature above the critical point AC3•✘ or ACM for a certain period of α₽₹time and then cooling in the air to ∑™↕←obtain a heat treatme ™nt process for pearlite-lik∑✘•e structure.
