LT Continuous Thread Bβ§olts (CTB) have been designed to take λ ≤the worry out of complex boβ≈•lting applications in both civil ¶ and mining project applicationφ™s.
This versatile bolt can be used for☆✔₩♠ mining roof/rib support or in civil c¶Ωλonstruction for tunneling and slope st÷σabilization projects♠≤. LT Continuous Thread¶δ☆ Bolts work much like tension rebar ×♥β≥bolts, but with the added benefΩ¶• it of being threaded the φ∑₽&entire length of the bar, thus ₩δ&allowing for more versatility if ≤♠★ground conditions or roof contro$→♠l plans change down the road. Typical i₽≈nstallation requires simple common equi→✘>pment for installation.
Installation Procedures:
1. Drill hole at proper dia♠♣meter and depth
2. Make hole depth 1" long≥"er than the bolt
3. Insert appropriate resin cartrid ←↓ge
4. Insert CTB and bearing p∞φlate to within 1/16" to÷• 1/19" of the roof line
5. Rotate CTB bolt to ensuβ<₩re complete mixing of resin
6. Stop rotation, hold bolt in placπ↔≥e for specified resin set time
7. Torque CTB bolt t×<±γo pre-determined torque val&↓→ue in accordance with approved roγ£of/ground control plan
