PRODUCT MODEL

1. In order to give ∞→clients a better und↕≠€erstanding of foundatio<☆☆n anchor cage, we make a•₽÷₹ anchor cage model in our factory. Posi∑∞₩↔tive responses were rece±±₩ived after customer seeing th✘‍®e model by themselves. σ¥So we made this article. 2. Anchor bolt cage modle s'"how

one anchor bolt cage is often con↑©sist of anchor bolts, upper ring←™, lower ring, splice plates, n←φ uts, washers, PVC sleeves, protecti₩‍ φve caps, heat-shrink tubes, support s €§≠tand bolt assemblies, e÷ λ‌tc. (See Figure 1). Accordi‍♥σ ng to different drawings±☆∏ and technical requirements, the≥λλ≠re will be different quantitieπσ"★s, dimensions, propertiesα≈→, payment terms, shipment, e™♠βtc. In some cases, the upp✘☆er ring, (which is also called alig <nment ring) will be removed after♣ ∏ the lower ring (which is al↕₩$so called embedment ring) and anchor b♦≠€olts were installed ≈®α↑and grouted. Then the tλ↑ower bottom T Flange will be fastened ‌★Ωwith those anchor bolts. Although∑ε• the install methods are differen©✔‌✘t between full cage or no upper ring c> age, but the products are the φ★φ♠same.

3.1 Foundation anchor bolt∞↕ material

We mostly choose steel gra≥↑₽Ωde 42CrMoA, EN 10083-3-2↔©006 42CrMo4ASTM A193/A193M

3.2 Properties

Our anchor bolt products hav•<✘↕e super high yield strength(up to 1100×β δ MPa) and tensile strength(uγ→p tp 1220 MPa). Regarding impact enφδπ₩ergy, our grade 8.8 anchor bolt eve £¶rages 60J , grade 10.9 eve® rages 35J which means our products→®ε× performance much higher than stand♥€ ard requirements.

4. Ring

Upper ring (alignment ring) and ₹₹↑δlower ring(embedment ring) are split&✘>λ in to sector segmentδ♥'÷s. They will be connected by a spl≥→<ice plate and fastened by bolt assemb≠←lies. Please see Figure 3φ♦¥ and Figure 4.

Anchor bolt's thread length, PCV tube≥∞ ♦ length will be different whil∏☆δ★e on these positions. ♥•≈(see figure 4)

5. Nut and washer

According to customers' differe‍≥≠σnt requirements, there are some differα↔‌£ent types of nuts in this  ÷±®system. But washers are only¥πγ placed at bottom of low✔≈er ring, and upper of T-Flange↓Ω (see Figure 5), in order to fast→$<​en the bolt and ring¶∏♦✘. In figure 5, nut and wa≥λαshers are dacromet coated. HDG also" ±☆ provided.

6. Nylon Nut

Nylon nut (see figure 6)will be ₽♠placed at the lower ←≤β₩of upper ring(alignment₽₩ ring). The main purpose £☆≠εof nylon nut is to level upperλε ring. (see figure 7)

7. Corrosion protection

We wrap anchor bolt with corro ∏sion protective oil/ •"φ×grease + fabric, then cover them by b'$lack PVC sleeve. Threaded porti↓π¶on is not included.

8. Heat shrink black tube

The main purpose is to prote✘≤ct exposed nut, washer and par↑וtial threads.

8. Support stand bolt assemblies

These assemblies willφ‌±β be welded with embedded s>★teels to support stand of the ≠•lower ring(embedment ring), and at tφ®☆≥he same time, level the lower rin♣↕∑g. One assembly includes o₽₹​ne washer and two nuts.
